PRODUCT DETAILS

Together with the Digital D 280-1 digital indicator from the BluePort series, the KS 92-1 controller has been modified, making it suitable for oxygen control systems using heated and unheated O2 measurement sensors. The controller’s measuring range is from 0.0001ppm to 100% O2, with automatic selection and display of the measuring unit on a four-digit display.

Using high impedance measurement sensors connected to input INP1 (Ri>200 Mohm) and a temperature sensor at input INP3, the oxygen concentration value is calculated based on the Nernst equation. The calculated value is displayed and can be used for use in the control loop if required. When using heated measuring sensors, the reference temperature is entered as a fixed value.

The temperature measurement unit (C or F) can be selected. A measurement filter with an adjustable time constant of up to 999.9 s can also be used to ensure stabilisation of the oxygen concentration measurement readings.
