KS92-1 ADVANCED PID CONTROLLER
KS 92-1 - advanced, industrial regulator of physical quantities. Main applications: energy-saving combustion processes with low emission of exhaust gases with temperature control system and optimal oxygen concentration in the exhaust gases.
Together with the digital indicator Digital D 280-1 from the BluePort series, the KS 92-1 controller has been modified. As a result, it is possible to use it for oxygen content control systems using heated and unheated O2 measuring sensors. The measuring range of the regulator ranges from 0.0001ppm to 100% O2, with automatic selection and display of the measuring unit on a four-digit display.
Using the high impedance sensors connected to the INP1 input (Ri> 200 Mohm) and the temperature sensor at the INP3 input, the oxygen concentration value is calculated based on the Nernst equation. The calculated value is displayed and can be used for use in the control loop if required. When using heated sensors, the reference temperature is entered as a constant value.
You can choose a temperature measuring unit (C or F). It is also possible to use a measuring filter with an adjustable time constant up to 999.9 s to ensure stabilization of the oxygen concentration readings.
